We deliver 6 days a week on a day that is convenient to you
A morning or afternoon slot can be booked so that you can go about your business without having to wait in all day
We will unpack and remove all packaging from your home unless you wish to keep it
Our installers will give full priority over fitting the product safely with the minimum of disruption to your day
Our Installers are fully qualified fitters and in the case of gas appliances they are CORGI registered
Our installers will demonstrate the basic functions of the product and answer any questions that you may have.

So that we can deliver your product on time and install your purchase efficiently it is important that you make sure the following conditions apply:

You have ensured that there is clear and safe access to your property and the space in which you wish for your product to be installed
You make available to us either your home, work or mobile numbers so that we can keep you informed of your delivery or installation
You are at home at the time we have agreed with you
That you have read our installation instructions for your particular product
To ensure that all existing wiring is safe and suitable to accept your new appliance
If you are buying a gas cooker, that you have a fully operational gas supply
